My objects are influenced of my upbringing in a small village in north part of Sweden. In a home with an interest for politics, humor and with the forest as my playground.
My first contact with art was the covers on my Moms vinyls and my Dads collection of Modesty Blaise. I’m educated in the Swedish glass industry where there are hierarchies and technical aspects around the making. Im proud of my technical knowledge but I try to break free from the view of traditional glass. I like straight forward communication with the viewer of my work.
Humor and satire, a reflection on our time.
I work and blow glass at my and Ammy Olofsson's studio
